MAIL-IN: Also register by mail by completing the registration form (Program and/or Youth Athletic*) included at the
end of this brochure. Fall Only: All *Youth Tackle Football (ages 8+) registration must be done in person at the R.L. Jones Center, G.M. Darby Bldg., or Park West MPRD Facility so that the participant can be weighed.

CANCELLATION: We reserve the right to cancel any program in which we do not receive the minimum number of participants.

WALK-IN: Register in person at the Richard L. Jones Center Monday - Saturday, or at the G.M. Darby Bldg. or MPRD Park West Facility Monday -Friday.

CHECK POLICY: A charge of $25.00 for any check returned from the bank. S.C. driver’s license # and date of birth required on all checks received.

POLICIES FOR R.L. JONES CENTER POOL
& MOUNT PLEASANT TENNIS CENTER USE:
Individual Annual ID Cards required for residents and
non-residents.

GYM USAGE
Free during open gym time. Call ahead to confirm when open gym time is offered.

ATHLETIC REFUND
A $10 processing fee will be charged for each participant’s request for refund/transfer.
Request for refunds minus a $10 processing fee will be considered prior to the first game of the season.
Request for transfers plus a $10 processing fee will be considered prior to the first game of the season.
No refunds/transfer will be considered after the first game of the season. Request must be made by an adult 18 years or older.

PROGRAM REFUNDS
A $10 processing fee will be charged for each participant’s request for refund. Refund requests received up to five (5) business days before the start date of the activity will be considered minus a $10 processing fee. Requests must be made by an adult 18 years or older.

PROGRAM TRANSFERS
A $10 processing fee will be charged for all transfers. Transfer requests received up to three (3) business days before the activity start date are transferable minus a $10 transfer fee. No transfer requests will be honored after such time.
Requests must be made by an adult 18 years or older.

All Recreation Department buildings are accessible to all persons. Those needing special assistance should notify the center at 884-2528 and give advance notice.
