Copy, Search, Retrieval and Redaction Fees for Town Staff. Requestors shall pay for staff time at a gross hourly rate equal to the minimum hourly rate of the following as adopted by Town Council in the Town's Annual Budget:
  • Copying: Administrative Clerk 
  • Search/Retrieval paper documents: Administrative Clerk
  • Search/Retrieval electronic records: IT Technician
  • Redaction: Legal Secretary

[3] Rates posted and adjusted annually, effective each July 1st. The FY 2019 rates:

  • Copying: Administrative Clerk - $14.48
  • Search/Retrieval paper documents: Administrative Clerk - $14.48
  • Search/Retrieval electronic records: IT Technician - $22.50
  • Redaction: Legal Secretary - $18.64
