Description

Acquisition and implementation of fully-integrated financial enterprise resources planning (ERP) software that can handle the increased operational, capital, strategic planning, and management needs of the Town.

Status

8 RFPs were received on March 22. Staff and consultants are currently reviewing the proposals, with a due date of April 15. It will be narrowed down to two or three proposals at which point demonstrations and interviews will be scheduled, tentatively set for early May.


Schedule

  • July 2019 completion - Vendor Selection 
  • Spring 2020 completion - Implementation Begins
